Maximum speed to get around the loop?
What is the maximum speed to get around the loop and can you link to any vehicles that can?
I've tried with various vehicles and it's not worked :S

All i can tell you is this: many SCars work for the loop

The turbo for the Racecar SCars would probably work easily.

The toyota gt one works very well if you use turbo

well, the Ferrari F40 can do that, maybe at full speed.

You need to be around 125 K/PH in any scar, and make sure you boost when you're at about 60 degrees on the loop, untill you're going down the other side.
