Changelevel triggers not working while riding hoverboard

When I try to ride the hoverboard its tips up causing it to fall over also if fall off hoverboards is enabled I fall off immediately as I get on

I cant figure out how to fix it i thought maybe i was too fast or some setting was causing it but no matter what i did it never fixed it used to not do this
