Ember needs love.
Firstly, this comment has NOTHING to do with Tennogen.
Seconly, *I* play Ember. There's nothing wrong with her, you have to just be intelligent about where you place yourself and how long you have her ult active. Before her changes she was a braindead warframe that simply supplemented DPS with constant AoE. It was boring.
There's a LOT wrong with her. Her kit is weak, she's built around an element that's just not that powerful and other Warframes do what she does as a side effect of other abilities. Equinox's Maim and Hildryn's Haven are both better versions of World on Fire, on Warframes that are much better in high-level content, and much more flexible.
