If you want to set a specific character then just go to the cfg/sourcemod/l4d_scs

change the value of l4d_scs_cookies from 0 to 1 then open the game. Once the game has loaded up. Type any of these commands in the chat in order to select permanent character.

What I meant about permanent character is that it auto loads every start of the game and when you are starting a campaign just leave the character section on random because the plugin will override it, also avoid selecting using the "=" button because it will result on duplicates. If you want to change another permanent character, then only use those commands.

Ay ma'am! Matangong ko pala, Yama supports eight survivors but the L4D2 survivors are still using the L4D1's icons/names. May nabasa po ako sa comments kagabi na sabi may papalitan sa .vpk mismo ng campaign pero di ko magets :')

You need to modify the missions.txt file from yama. It needs to be extracted.

Alright, now there's another blockade I have ran into. Apart from disabling the L4D2 Survivor Set addon, what else should I do to prevent the other four from spawning? I would like to keep playing ith -insecure in single player as I'm using some plugins that alter the bots' behaviour.

I did notice the sourcemod.txt cfg having "sm_cvar sv_maxplayers 8". Should I revert that to 4?

Bumping this again, but does changing the survivor_set in a custom campaign affect which character's I'll be using should I boot the game with -secure?

For example, if I were to change Precinct 84's survivor set, would I still be able to choose Francis if I turn the mod off?
