Climates of Tamriel compatable?
I assume no, but is this compatable with said mod from the nexus?

The Wilds is the only one incompatible with Climates of Tamriel, but there is a compatibility patch that you can install on Nexus. The patch isn't on steam (to my knowledge) D:

There is no compatibility patch for SoS and CoT. The only one that exists also requires Sounds of Propagation which was removed back in 2013 from Nexus, therefore no working patch exists and SoS is not compatible with CoT. None of the SoS mods are compatible with CoT at all.
