Report a translation problem
When trying to investigate, I could not recreate any problems, please try to move the mod to be the latest in load order or check if any recently added mods cause the problem.
Also, if possible, please describe when and how the problem occur.
For example, let's say I have 0 clothes in storage (nudist colony WOOOO!!!!) If I use the mod, it puts 50. Conversely, if I have 25, it only increases to 50. If I use the mod while I have 50, it changes nothing.
I believe the user was expecting to have the resources added IN ADDITION to what they already have, not simply adjust the numbers if it's lower. Idk if this is a bug, or if that's how you intentionially made it, (the description makes it sound like what he was expecting,) but that is how the mod currently works for me.
I adjusted my max resource values later on as well, as I wanted to make sure those weren't a factor in preventing the mod from generating more resources. It did not change and still stayed at 2k fish/50 clothing.
The reason is, that I do not want to spam any storage completely shut with something so the other ressources may not be stored anymore. Also, if your production is just too awesome and you don't want the unassign workers you can use this to clear some unnessessary ressources.
If you have multiple fitting storage buildings however, there is a new layer of reason: you get more (amount X * number of storage buildings Y). And the way I decided to handle this, you can kind off spam the button to e.g. fill up a barn in the middle of the town with fish because the villagers always get their food from this one without filling up the others.
I hope this clarifies things and please excuse the late reply, I'm hospitalised ATM.
I still do read this. Sadly, I don't know how to help you... The script of this mod is extremely simple and should be - in itself - quite solid. Push a button, change values. However, the script might be as solid as it can get, LiFFV is absolutely not. I like the game. But it's unfinished, completely unpolished and buggy as hell. I'm certain that what you are experiencing are weird side effects from the underlying code that makes up the modding framework. I couldn't even try to replicate it, because the game can't handle my CPU properly. I mean, it's not in development anymore and has an astonishingly small playerbase. Last time I checked it was something like two-digit numbers of players per month.
Like, when you scroll through the comments on the main thread, people have issues with other mods combined with this one, issues without other mods, for most people it seems to work just fine. Computers are non-deterministic and complex projects like LiFFV require massive amounts of work to smooth out all the quirks. If you allow people to inject arbitrary script (aka mod your game), that issue becomes even more massive. Sadly, LiFFV didn't really take off so no one put that work into it.
So yeah. I really am sorry it stopped working for you, but aside from the usual stuff - you know, disable other mods, reinstall the game (maybe even research where the game keeps all temporary files and savegames and caches and everything and deleting those), I don't know how to help you...
