I know i have no animation mods downloaded and it still does not work

welding npc has his mask clipping through his face and blowtorch just outright floating, how to fix?

install hl2 and mount it

1: get hl2
2: wait for it to install (takes about 3-5) mins
3: go to games on the gmod menu and mount "hl2 episodes"
4: install and check if this is fixed
