Stop asking me this same question over and over. I don't care how much you love my addons or a fan of my work. I will not be nice to you.

The REASON your weapons show up as models and are not in the entities is because you have way too many addons installed, ones that are really file heavy will cause other addons to disappear because the lua file count is only 2048. If you want your addons to work, try uninstalling some big and heavy ones till the others reappear.
