Base Guides too narrow
The guides on the base are too narrow for the maneuvering rulers to fit.

You don't have to fit the templates manually!

The movement is automated

Place the ships you want to use on your secret area (only the ships, be careful not to take cards or tokens with them), then press the 'Assign Dials' button next to your secret zone.

This will place the maneuvers of each ship in the zone. After deploying the ships in the playmat, pick a maneuver of each ship, flip it and place it in the board. When you want to move, press the 'Flip' button in the dial, and then press the 'Move' button, the ship will move automatically.
The game will automatically resolve collisions too!

Actually, new problem: once i use automated movement, the ship piece becomes locked and can no longer be moved or spun.

Can you unlock it using L while hovering the mouse over it?

Sorry for necroing but I think this needs work / rethinking.
I wouldnt say that it is fully automated. Lets take Ved Foslo's ability for example. Doing a 1 turn is a pain when the templates wont fit properly. Either a Pilot like him needs a additional tool (like for the star viper barrel rolls) or just a modified dial set.
