I dont know how to spawn the tornado.
Is therea console command or something? im stuck here some one help :(

They should just randomly spawn from time to time. If that isn't happening there might be script errors. It may take a minute for them to spawn, just be patient.

Actually, valve didn't make garry's mod. It was a man named Garry.

Actually its both because of Garry he makes the mod ( the game to run mod) and the creator of this addons. Because they maybe be just normal creator, not the admin, so he didn't know what will cause errors, in wich situation to run it, cause in his case, his tests its runs well but in others maybe not
