I got TL2 on a different platform.

I found the latest version of Synergies mod on ModDB.
But the addon mods for it (like LOWPOP or HIGHLOOT), I could only find the first released versions of them. From the changelogs on steam workshop, the newer versions seem to have some substantial updates.
If the author sees this, please upload the latest versions of the addon mods to modDB or Nexus mods or make them available somewhere else.
