Turn off gauss_tracebackwards by default
This will probably come off really whiny, but I really want hl1_sv_gauss_tracebackwards to be off by default. Gauss jumping is fun, however this setting has me dying almost instantly without turning it off manually every time. I put it in autoexec, but it refuses to activate despite other commands working fine. It works with the exec command in console, but not on launch, which is my main problem.
Second, I dont understand why it is there. I gauss jumped in half life 1 deathmatch and there was no traceback, as far as i could tell. I can only assume i'm missing something as to why it now has it. All it does is prevent me from using the tau cannon for mobility. Personally, I can't see why anyone would want this on at all. Possibly to prevent gauss jumping, but its sandbox and you can give yourself full health and battery to negate the damage of a full charge jump. It could also interfere with shooting, if you happened to be aiming downwards while firing it may just hit you too. I know this is a really petty nitpick about a single setting that is quite easy to change, I just wish it was off by default to save me the extra button press every game, or if not, maybe i could know why?

not that me crying about it will probably get anything done
