Sadly, it seems both addons, for the most part, are painfully broken in terms of the crit tools. More speficially in regards to the tints being applied to the ragdolls in general, like the Female Scout Overhaul ragdolls. I can say the same for the 2.0 version as well. The worst part, is that there is no other way to remove the broken tints other than disconnecting the game, and going back into the same map.

So in short, I don't recommend using the Crit Tools for the time being, but I recommend using the Advanced Particle Controller instead while you have the Hat Painter & Crit Glow Tools addon installed.
