Dragon Scroll trapped on mount

I have just realized I needed the Dragon Scroll for the Elder Knowledge quest, but alas I am unable to fetch it from its mount in Heljarchen Hall as it says I lack the required item "Dragon Scroll Obtained from Septimus Signus/Paarthurnax.

Any assistance would be appreciated, and Murry Christmas.
