missing map
when i try to join my friend or my friend joins me is comes up with missing maps/rp_newexton2_v4h.bsp, disconnecting

its a problem with your workshop not realising there is an update, best thing you could do is, unsub, uninstall unused addojns, then resub.

Another possible solution it's to use a Steam Workshop Downloader website to download and extract it
