Add a way to add whole tabs to black/white lists
Mostly because of jmod having five pendrilion bombs in one tab witch would be painfull to manually set up.
Other mods do also have whole tabs of weapons and sometimes it would be just as hard to do the same with a white list.
Adding tab black/white lists would improve the setup procces significantly.
