Trailer Spawn Question

First of all. I love this mod. Makes the world feel alive.
I have one question. I want to get rid of the Walmart trailer from the AI spawn. I’d rather just see Walbert trailers cause it makes more sense. Is this possible?

Somewhat similar situation, I want to prevent SISL trailers from spawning in a certain state, I set the spawn to 0.0 in the country def but they still spawn. Don't know what's wrong.
