So Im playing the mod right now and I tried to get the Tiid version of konahriks privllage and it didn't work, So i tried doing the etheral one where you become etheral if your low health, same thing didn't work, I have the shouts unlocked but not all 3 words, I don't have any other mod interfering with dragon preists, Can someone help me with this? I tried troubleshooting for like an hour.
