Most cars are not using the service roads and are driving over the grass instead.

Parking Spaces Error

Cars drive through building

To get to the parking spots, instead of using the road, some cars will just drive through buildings, trees etc. How to fix it?

Did you ever fix this? as I'm having a similar problem where the cars are not using the service road (they do sometimes) but they are mostly driving over the grass.
