Can't unlock anything while playing true Co-Op?! Please help
We bought the game, started a new file, made *several* 3+ devil deal runs, beat Mom, and ended a run with around 70 pennies.

Not a single thing unlocked the whole time...no Azazel, no Cain, no items, no change to the appearance of the file for beating mom...no unlocking the womb...what's going on? :(

Please help. This isn't about ACHIEVEMENTS, just IN-GAME UNLOCKS, to be clear. My brother and I got this game JUST so we could beat the game together. Having none of our progress tracked ruins the mod/the whole game for us :/

Yep, I figured it out. Afterbirth+ blocks unlocks while using mods until you've beaten Mom's Heart at least once with no mods active. That just means beating Mom in one run, then in another run, going 2 floors deeper and beating Mom's Heart. Then you can turn on mods and you'll still be able to unlock things. :)
