I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it seems the mod doesn't work. When my friend joins he's a small ghost like the normal coop

Do you both own afterbirth+? If so, check that the mod is enabled in the mods tab in the main menu.

Yes this guy is correct you need to have afterbirth plus to play the mods
