My full Review for Urban Flight, a mod map for l4d2.

In the respect of design this map really takes the cake, on one hand, you have the bright lights and the spectacle of Jazz-Centric city, but at the same the chaos and destruction brings you back down to what is happening the entire time you're playing, the world is ending. Anyway you guys are here for a review and a review is what you shall get.

Campaign Review:

I did this solo, and it took me a 1 hour and 30 mins to complete the whole campaign.

Game play wasn't too difficult, but it was set to normal so that's what i expected.
There were some times where a custom event happened and I was confused for a moment, but I got over it, and was actually kinda impressed by the second play through.
Now did I experience any errors or glitches? No, but that's probably because I only play with less than 20 Mods.

The Bots, is where things almost always get messy. Rooftops are a danger to you and bots while solo, if you even get NEAR a corner during the second chapter of the campaign they will get downed.

Now the finale was very difficult for me solo, especially the fact that the place you needed to get the gas cans from was being attacked on ALL sides, with the bots following EVERY move. Yeah I can see the complaints but once i got over that it was smooth sailin. I did my second playthrough in multiplayer with randoms and the finale was slightly easier but with more coordination.

In terms of replayability this map is perfect as it has randomly selected events in almost all chapters, so don't mock your friends when they say the map is hard the first time they play it with you.(even though i would lol)

Overall, I'd give this a 8/10, but the best way to play this would be online, or with friends.

Versus Review:

Versus is where things get a bit rough, for starters you start off with pistols and pans in the first chapter, or axe's if you get really lucky, so god forbid you come across any boomers, because it is insanely dark in the hotel where you first spawn. 2nd chapter is alright and pretty funny Including the tank in the fake saferoom which did cause one of my friends to ragequit lol ,I reckon with the amount of explosives in that chapter you should have some fun clearing out the open spaces it provides. Chapter 3 is also more fun for the family because of the b r i d g e, where the animation is glitched out in versus lmao, other than that there's the finale which is alright, for all my chargers out there the ledge where the fuel up spot is at is so high up that if u charge someone off the ledge they should get downed, same thing goes for unlucky survivors who aren't looking where they're bhopping.

So versus is a 7/10.

Afterword:

The Rabbit really hit his Apex with this map, and this will be his magnum opus, as nothing in his workshop will ever compare to this campaign. It's all in good spirit though, because now this map will be forever enjoyed for years to pass.

Anyway you should check out the mod, but make sure to play with a friend or 2 haha
