How do I pose freely after posing?
After I've posed the engineer in one position I wasnt able to move his joints. It's almost as if this tool makes the characters into statues, so how do i freely pose after using this tool?

This may be a necro but there's no way to freely pose.

This is an answer, use the joint tool on the model after you freeze the animation, that is how you pose it, or you can use the advanced bone tool
