I been waiting for someone to remove the skirt or belt from saryn, I need to see everything on my waifu. And it looks like I'll have to wait even more until someone do it for us.

As we only apply texture to the existing body (we can only remodel the helmet), we can't remove or reshape parts of the body, including those that seems to be auxiliary (skirt, scarf, etc...).
So, sadly, nobody can do that.

Is it possible to make it see-through, like you did with Mirage, or will DE make you change it again like what happen to the original Mirage you made?

Just need to make Deluxe* skin, so everything could be changed.

Or possibly make the texture on that thing having a low alpha. (making it seethrough.)

Transparency is not allowed on warframes body due to how shaders are applied ingame. This the reason why I had to get ride of the transparent parts or my Mirage skin, and will do the same for Wukong.

I kinda like the "bustle". It's unique. That combined with the "collar" around her neck makes it look like she's wearing a corrupted form of a dress or uniform. Victorian style in the future.
