And the ships you mentioned are not moving at all?
The most convenient option, your save - to get debug.

Did you start a new game? If the save file:

1) load the game.
2) save to a new save file
3) restart the game
4) load the last save file
5) look at the log

But first, do what I said above.

Did you start a new game? If the save file:

1) load the game.
2) save to a new save file
3) restart the game
4) load the last save file
5) look at the log
