Hi! This version of the mod is only available for the Steam Gold Pack edition of the game. The Steam Workshop only allows you to play the mods with a game on Steam.

To play UGC CE on another platform, you can download the mod here :

It should be more or less compatible. Be aware that the Steam version is the only one being updated by the developers, so if you're a regular player, it might be worth looking into buying the game on Steam.
