You need to setup the model quality to the highest. Not all cars are affected but with highest model quality none of them should have this issue.
Any idea what might be causing this all of a sudden?
You don't have the model quiality on the highest? I don't know :/
Try unsubscribing all the car mods, then launch Gmod so it can load up without cars, then after that close Gmod and subscribe the mods again. Maybe it didn't install properly.
You need to have the model quality to the highest option.
