Double Footsteps - Solution Here!

I soft-edited out the PlayerStepSoundTime hook from the code. In turn this will fix (if caused by 'this' addon) footsteps playing at double rate.

Fixed. Weird, over time access changed from "Anyone with link" to "Private only to me" without my knowledge
