i presume you mean the small room in the big yellow building near spawn? near the cafe baltic at the very edge of the map there is an underground red room, interact with the doors in that room and it takes you to the small room with the gnome in the wall

Oh no no, I mean one of the 'twin towers'. There's apartments there and one of them is inaccesible through Noclip. The doors have a keypad that needs a combination

never seen a keypad on either of the twin towers, and i also noclipped around inside them and saw nothing. never got teleported back to spawn via teleport triggers or anything similar. could you elaborate?
