Just DarkRP map? [Solved]

Is this map just for DarkRP gamemode? I wan't to play in sandbox but I can't. Is there a sandbox version on steam workshop?

I am sorry. My Garry's Mod went crazy. After a game restart, it's working in snadbox.

Reasons it cant be in dark rp
1 you cant enter many rooms
2 It is abit small
3 It would get boring fast
