Strange LUA Errors

I'm getting this error when I attempt to spawn one of the vehicles.

"[SCars Basic] lua/entities/sent_sakarias_car_ratmobile/shared.lua:223: attempt to call method 'Setup' (a nil value)
1. unknown - lua/entities/sent_sakarias_car_ratmobile/shared.lua:223"

Does anyone know what this means?

Help would be appreciated.
