slight possession issue

cant posses stuff right click only moves whatever i have selected and left click unselects it

i have unchecked the (cant remember what it exactly says) move box in the npc controller tool settings but still doesnt seem to work
and i have tried it with non base (vj, cpt, drg) npcs
