SCars Slim
Wheels sinking into the ground, for the love of god, someone help! [POSSIBLY FIXED]
i've seen more than a couple discussions about the car's wheels sinking halfway into the ground and/or the car frantically bouncing about, and none of these discussions have any comments! some guy on youtube said that gbombs causes this, however i don't have gbombs installed, and this is still happening! [POSSIBLE FIX: LFS and/or simfphysics seem to cause the problem, as speculated by someone in the comments of the mod, if you're having the same issue, disable these two mods and try again]

SCars changes some settings for the physics engine to avoid this issue in particular. The problem is that other addons can change the settings as well.

If you want to, you can disable all addons but SCars and check if the problem persists.

There isn't really any great way to figure out which addon is causing this issue. You could search the source code of all addons which means either unpacking the all addons and searching in the source or finding the source code on the internet which is probably a lot of work.

Another way is to disable other addons and check if the problem persists until you figure out which one it is.

I know I'm late but I hope this will help at least some.

I've already found out what the issue is, and it seems like it's exactly what you said. LFS seems to change the physics engine in a similar way that overlaps with SCars, since the issue didn't happen once i turned LFS off.

Still though, thank you for taking the time to look at this, even now!

Love the mod, it's one of my favorite vehicle mods. Thanks for making it!
