Just add any URL that will automatically play sounds/videos and you should hear it in game. Website has to be compatible with the steam browser.

The URLs that came with the addon are probably dead by now.

YouTube does work for me, the funny thing was that it also played ads.

When I click that link it does not automatically play the radio, with that said I believe most browsers have gotten stricter and changed their opinion about automatically playing media/videos. I've personally had problems with it where I wanted to something automatically play (completely unrelated to SCars) but it ended up being impossible since it was deemed undesirable by browsers. Don't have any source for this, just remember it being a problem at some point in my life.
