This mod had some confusion in it but all in all its a cool mod with one character (Stabby) driven to insanity which can really explain some of the effects some of the members of the brotherhood can go through. (SOPILER) Though there is a great plot twist not expected in the story where in the end the contract is a dragon, great twist and great idea to have solders ambush you and work for the final boss.

maybe when the next elder scrolls comes out, i'll make part 2. Making part 1 was a huge time commitment on my part, and i'm just not ready to do that again... yet.

If i am correct, Elder scrolls online was the last one they were doing. So i dont think there will be a next elder scrolls.

That is were I belive you are wrong New Year cat. Bethesda, as I am aware, did NOT make ES:O, a flop if you ask me, so the future ahead for bethesda is unclear.

How about now? It seems like the next Elder Scrolls is gonna take years to come out if you dont count ESO.

A new elder scrolls comes out every 5 years, that has been the case since morrowind. Since Skyrim came out in 2011, that means we should have a new elder scrolls by christmas 2016.
I'd say Christmas 2017 at the latest.

Because of technical limitations i can't really release a 'sequel' to this mod for skyrim, i'd have to add more to the end of this one. You already can't play the dark brotherhood resurrection until you have beaten the original Dark brotherhood questline, which is about 10-12 hours. Then beating Part 1 of this mod takes about 6 hours, part 2 would have to be about the same length.

That means new players (or those who lost their saves when re-installing windows or something like that) would have to replay 16-18 hours of content before seing the new stuff in part 2. I think that is a bit too inaccessble. Also i'm very proud of how Part 1 is in its current form and don't want to mess with it.

When the new game comes out, with a new engine, if the ending of the Dark Brotherhood questline leaves more to be desired like the ending of Oblivion and Skyrim did, then i will create a DBR: Part 2. Stabby and Averna will show up in the new game/region with more quests for the follower to do.

P.S. Stabby and Averna are both immortal so its okay if the next elder scrolls takes place several years after skyrim.

I still would really like to see a Part 2.
It may be time consuming, but try working on it say 30 minutes a day, it would take a while sure,
but eventually it would be finished, or better yet work on it when bored and have nothing to do, course these are just suggestions I am giving, either way if there is a PT 2 I would love to play it.

ESO is a prequel because it happens 1000 years before skyrim thats why what you do to get that castle in the middle that controls what faction tamriel is owned by sounds alot like the great war almost mentioned in every quest with the civil war linked to it

what it think you sould do is make a modded server on ESO that shows how stabby and averna became imortal and not something huge maybe something thats only about 4 1/2 hours long and because no-one in the world will ever complete evrey single quest (sorry completionists it aint possible) then a modded one will definitey stand out dont ask me why i just think it would stand out very well to players because it would answer a question very big hat i have wanted to now for a long time and dont you dae just say necromancy i want you to do something that makes these two stand out because they stand out in the brotherhood so why not out of imortals?

next elder scroll game will be fallout 4 lol

I dunno where you got that from but Elder Scrolls 6 has been confirmed although no details have been given so far.
