collecting not removeable item that cause increasing weight
1- find a chest or someting else you can put all your iteams in

2- put all your items in chest(İF YOU CANT PUT YOUR QUEST İTEMS İN CHEST DONT WORRY)

3- open colseole by " button

4- player.showinventory (Page Up,Page Down Buttons in your keyboard you can use instead of mouse whell)

-My console looks like this
player.showinventory Tomris (00000014) has 4 items: 1 - Iron Arrow (0010E2D) 4 - Unusual Gem (0009DFBB) 1 - Meridia's Beacon (0004E4E6)

5-find what is not shown in your inventory that make you slowdown (in my case that was iron arrow 10e2d)

-Now my console looks like this
player.showinventory Tomris (00000014) has 4 items: 1 - Iron Arrow (0010E2D) 4 - Unusual Gem (0009DFBB) 1 - Meridia's Beacon (0004E4E6) drop 10e2d 1

drop [the id of unwanted items] [count of it]
