This is a package with 3 props

One front/back segment prop
One middle segment prop
a rotating brush prop

You should build the segments on same flat area
The brush you can set often you want and they will rotate. Not so quick as a normal brush for this type of building but for animation I think its funny to see.

with one way track mod by BloodyPenguin you can set single tracks so its better for this washing props.
