Description
UPDATED: LOD added, KIOSK removed, as well as some other props, relocated lights.
First building modeled/textured with my new style, although I am still garbage with textures, but at least it's getting better and not worse! Also depending on the reactions to this building, I'll continue on more work or scrap it altogether. I am however going to re-do my GNOSIS Project to utilise the same kind of style as it needs an update badly.

XFA?? FA?? Xiri's FA: Futuristic Aesthetic, the style using mostly white biopolymers and natural materials as well as lots of glass for a lighter feel. The XFA style also has mandatory holographics attached to buildings to indicate their purpose. Did I mention the skygardens?

Stats and figures:
Size: 11x8
Build Cost: 92000
Maintenance: 1760
Service Area: 4000
Student Count: 3200

Tris main: 1482
Tris LOD: 124

Have fun! ^^

GNOSIS is now updated: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=447641087

Again, any tips/tricks/remarks are very welcome. Especially on how to fix the bloody annoying window lighting glitch bug with certain camera angles. Anyways. Enjoy ^^

Removed some redundant props and added the LOD (finally, thanks for letting me upload :P)

Ye some of them might be a bit too much for some, but I try to create light-weight yet as complete as possible assets so everyone can tinker around a they see fit or not at all and still have a vivid building. On the textures: windows are a nightmare, if it's not the illumination map going haywire it's the normal map acting up. I custom-made all of the maps for this one, sometimes pixel by pixel and still it's not 100% right : P

Also for texturing tips a great place to start is the Simtropolis C:S forums, it's where all the big modders go to :D

Love the design! Could use a bit of improvement in texturing but still not bad, and also I think for future assets its a good idea not to include so many vanilla props as many players don't need them -- if they want to detail they will do it themselves, and for this asset I don't see too much of a need for some of them. That was just some (hopefully) helpful criticism/suggestions, but I love this style so I'm excited to see more of your work! :)

Comments on this style of model are very welcome and I'm looking for some input/criticism to get a bit more busy with modeling again, I kinda enjoy it but my textures are garbage imo (tips/tricks? throw em my way!)
