Better House Upgrade

Description
This mod make it possibile to upgrade from shak to a Small House and from House to a Hostel

I would think that small house would upgrade to large house.

I generally wait till I the last child has become a teen before upgrading, or building new housing. Yes, the population growth is very slow this way, but I also don't have 1/2 of the population using resources, but not producing anything.

hiXhaX if the space for shack and smal house the same, it will work :) the hostels give the people more space to live. i got the problem in many towns, that i got to much childs and they dont work and my town eat all stuff up without work

oh i see i have a mod that makes shacks a lot smaller (no fence mod). I guess it wont work with that mod activated.
But why would you upgrade regular houses to hostels? They provide a lot less happiness, right?

Can people in the hotel banned pregnancy? I want the hotel as a student dormitory, so students go to school very close

shak have the same size as a smal house(10x10) , and the normal House have the same size as the Hostel(10x20). no need to change something
