You need the free "Pearls of the east" DLC to use this asset!

@Artemis *Seven*: Thank you for your comment. Well, i am sure it does not need. In this first houses I ever made for CS (I never worked with a 3D Programm like Blender until 2 weeks before) , I made some mistakes.

I am actually absolute no Pro and still learning a lot. The newest building i made is a bit better with his stats and I hope I can go down with this numbers in the future once more.

Nice house but did it really need 2k tris? A substantial number of full height office buldings use nearly half less. Considering it's going to get duplicated a lot...
