It's funny because i live in front of this building. I can even see it right now. Cmon i even wanted to live in this house few years ago. This what our modern world is about.

@Sotrax, I felt the same way about alot of buildings, however, the work that goes into designing them is far more than subcribing, going into asset editor and bulldozing trees, trash cans, signs, etc...then all you do is save it as Vladesexsh 017 and RICO it to whatever you want. I tend to make 4 buildings out of the one: Residential, Office, Commercial, and Industry/Technologies. Then, simply go in game and detail yourself. Each one I make can be detailed to fit each category. Learn to use the asset editor and you will see it takes at most 5 minutes after you know how to use it and find a building you like. I would hate to pass on a building for something as trivial as not wanting to use asset editor.

I love your buildings, sadly you place props and shit around them. Would be better if there just were a plain concrete base, so you can detail yourself.

I like it. You say its Russian but this will fit easy in a Dutch or other European city also. Nice work. Thank! +1
