Description
Battery Beggar!

New beggar variant, who takes charges from your active item and drops items battery related (9 Volt etc...).

Not actually implemented just yet, gonna add him to rare rooms soon. (for now spawn 600.1)

Roll > 8 = 9 Volt
Roll > 16 = The Battery
Roll > 24 = Sharp Plug
Roll > 32 = Car Battery
Roll > 40 = Jacob's Ladder
Roll > 45 = Jumper Cables

Trinkets :

Roll > 50 AAA Battery
Roll > 60 Broken Remote
Roll > 70 Broken Magnet
Roll > 80 Hairpin
Roll > 90 Watch Battery
Roll > 95 Vibrant Bulb

I actually like this design more than the official battery bum.

Mind making this a reskin for battery bum when that comes out?

@☢ Nato Potato ☢ Awesome! Thanks for including this fix in your mod, i'm terrible at lua and adding enough new rooms with my little guy would have been a greater pain than beating delirium with the lost.

Also, i'd recommend you all to check out this guy's mods, they're pretty cool!
