To play solo vs bots, open your consol and type the following commands.
1) mp_theater_override sqshduelist
You need to call the theater file per weapon set. So like in the above example.

Gameplay

Squadron Showdown (Previously known as Rising Sun Source or Rising Sun Full Conversion Mod) is a Day of Infamy full conversion mod that is all about small (from 2v2 to 6v6) classic team deathmatch. The gameplay is entirely different from DOI. You run faster, you have more jump control, recoil is toned down heavily, bullet spread is narrower, grenades explode on impact, respawning health packs are placed throughout the maps, and your team wins by racking up more kills than the other team.
There are Weapon Sets, a classic and exacting way to balance gameplay. Every player on both teams has access to the weapons in the selected weapon set and that is all they have access to (Ex. Rifles Only contains an M1, a Shotgun, and a Springfield, whereas Duelist contains only a Welrod (modified to be a one shot, one kill weapon)).
There are 11 maps in total. 6 are small derivations of DOI maps, 5 are remakes of Medal of Honor Rising Sun maps. For the DOI maps, we took what we considered the most interesting part of an existing map, cordoned it off, and tweaked the layout and art until it worked well for team deathmatch. The MOHRS maps are very close to the originals.

The Future…
We plan on adding more content. Such as new game modes such as socom style elimination or bomb plant, and reworking the weapon models/animations to improve the fast pace gameplay. Death in the Orient will see some art updates. Battleship Raiders and Hangar Havoc may see some updates. They are not the exacting remakes that Calumpit Chaos and Shima Field are. Then again, the originals are not as good so we don’t care about them as much. More MOHRS maps may be created. Small versions of the rest of the DOI maps are being created.

If any bugs are noticed please let us know. Were open to all sorts of feedback and suggestions.

Any update on this? I loved Rising sun. I have the same problem as the previous post: most enemies are just little 3d error messages running around.

welp,this mod sure seems a bit buggy,some soldiers are just purple error names and there is literally no enemy on sight anywhere,even the control points are just blank

@lambda videos the crosshairs system is hard coded through the vmfs as NWI god through some lengths to not allow workarounds for crosshairs. So as far as I know they can't be disabled

I created a workshop map server, only need all player models unlocked,I would like to ask, how can I set up?

I know I had mentioned a large update for last week unfortunately the over haul system had a major bug I have figured out the bug and now it's just about adjusting each map an recompiling the maps. Hoping to have the maps updated tonight and doing full recompile's all day Saturday. The compile times can take anywhere from an hour to 8 hours per map. So hopefully will have the large update done for Sunday.
