Description



Born To Kill is a conversion mod for Day of Infamy moving the intense shooter experience from the World War 2 setting to the lush green undrgrowth of the Vietnam war.

Born To Kill builds on the realistic weapon behaviour and squad system in DOI to bring team work to the forefront in gameplay. It will keep you on the edge of your seat as you hunt your foes all across the Drang valley. It will give you sweaty palms as you creep along the Cu Chi tunnels and just trying to survive the Tet Offensive will reignite all those flashbacks.

Bringing you the smell of napalm in the morning and rotting corpses at night, nothing takes you back to the the jungle like Born To Kill.

How to play:
- Subscribe to this mod and all required items, wait for download to complete..

1. Can i still play normal Day of Infamy?
- Yes, this mod doesn't change any default content, so default DoI is not affected. BTK will only work when you join BTK servers.
2. How can i use helicopter?

Thank you modders for this really awesome custom theater! The first time I subscribed to Born To Kill was many years ago when it was still at its infancy. I remember playing the various maps on Practice (Solo) mode, but at the time the characters were still the U.S. forces vs the Germans, in a Vietnam jungle setting.

The weaponry in the early games were still the vanilla DOI ones and it didn't make sense why the NVA bots not only looked European and they didn't have SKS or AK-47 assault rifles but the German weapons.

Thinking that BTK was just a little experimentation, I resumed playing the regular Day of Infamy maps and went back to playing the old Insurgency 2014 game and then, Sandstorm.

I installed the mod, but when I connect to the BTK server, I can't get past the loading screen. I can hear the music of the unit and weapon selection menu playing in the background, I can hear the gunshots, the soldiers shouting, but all I can see is the loading screen of the server. The vanilla game and Sceaming Steel work perfectly, but I can't connect to the BTK server! Please help!

any plans to make this a stand alone game for commercial sale now that Insurgency is pretty much dead with the Devs getting sold?

When I first load up a map im fine but after i load into the map when I go to change my class my cursor is not showing and even when i go to the main menu it doesn't show please fix
