描述
A street corner in the style of the historic center of Paris. Inspired by the houses of the neighbourhood of "le Marais". Some of these dates as far back as the seventeenth century.

Even though the real place harbours both commercial and housing, I release this mod as a dense commercial lot, partly because Le Marais is home to many fashionable high-profile boutiques.
A dense housing version will be released sometime soon ;)

ATTENTION : Though not mandatory, the Paris Chimneys prop has much to do with the "typical" character of the building. If you wish to save on the prop count, at least consider downloading this one with the building.

@upto11 : Thanks a lot :)
I am planning to do some haussmanian blocks, of course :) They're the number feature of parisian architecture after all. They're also quite massive (think about the Rue de Rivoli, or Avenue de l'Opéra). For the moment I get familiar with 3D modelling with smaller buildings, with 90° angles ;)
Also, I have a keen interest in the pre-haussmanian Paris, and as such, I have much more documentation on the topic, wich makes it easier for the modelling :for instance, this model is a recreation of a real street corner I picked in a book documenting the façades of Paris in 1870's.

But no worries, Haussmanian blocks are on the list :D

Zhubathan, your Paris buildings are great and a real gift, thank you very much! Are you planning to do some hausmanian buildings too? Maybe you should create a public collection so everybody can see and subscribe to all of your assets? Oh and posting your work on Simtropolis would also add visibility.
