-custombuilding, model and textures
-Level 4 high residential ploppable building
-3030 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024² each)
-60 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, specularmap, illuminationmap 256² each)
-useage of surfacepainter mod is advised!
-This building is from Berlin

I dont do requests :) . If you dont use Rico (which is weird to me, but ok) it will function as a normal unique building. There are plenty of mods that allow you to plop more than one of each unique.

I see, I should add file names to the description from now on :D I tend to have usually weird file names :D
