THE WHITEHALL BUILDING (With 2 Washington Street)

The Whitehall Building
Constructed in 1904, The Whitehall Building is a 31-story skyscraper (With the Annex) located at 17 Battery Place, across the street from Battery Park in lower Manhattan in New York City.
At the time of its completion, it was the largest office building in New York City at 79 meters tall.
Together the two sections of the building styled in Neo - Renaissance Revival, create a dramatic visual introduction to the towers of Manhattan.

2 Washington Street (Nyack Christian College)
Constructed in 1972 this International Style 73 meter tall building is home to the Nyack Christian College, The Eastman Library and The Traffic Violations Bureau.

Weird request but can you release a version without 2 Washington? I like to make cities based on early-mid 20th century architecture (I have also done screenshots if you are interested in seeing them http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=802480543 ) and that is why I wanted to download this wonderful building at first but that black behemoth doesn't really fit.

Right thanks, I got it fixed, I've got to work on downtown, I kind of didn't know what I was doing when I was making downtown, I made Battery Pl to short and for some reason made State St. turn into Church St and not Broadway

@Knightguard1 - Firstly. remove 55 Water street, its an amazing building, but it has 25,000 tris!
Most of our buildings never get above 4 or 5,000. Tris (Triangles) and quads are what make up each part of a mesh to cover the model.
The computer has a real issue trying to render those on the screen. So if you have a large city, every building has a couple of thousand tris each!
So we attempt to keep the ti count very low. So I would keep a save with all your building in, and dont over right it and have a new save taking out as many large buildings as you can.
Just say keep Manhatten, as that all I model for, and remove New Jersey and the other burroughs.
Use the Bulldozer mod and remove EVERY tree you can in those areas as well. Each tree has a few hundred tris each!
Buy MORE Ram!! and at least a quad procseesor and minimum 950 Graphics card!
Use as few mods as you can, and cull as many building that you dont need, good luck!

Got my NY working however now I have a memory problem, so any hints on that and what is the next building you are making
