This collection contains skyscrapers which are rather tall. A mix of offices and residential buildings will be found here.

I highly recommend using the Camera Positions Utility mod to disable collision with theses buildings. Otherwise, you will your camera will go up and down as you move over theses buildings which can make it hard to add details at ground­ level.

Some of theses have 1-1.5 scaled versions in the workshop. I generally favor the 1-1 scale buildings since theses are usually modeled with real world scale. 1.5 buildings are usually just rescaled using the in game tools. This means that most often, the texture on them won't look right. There are a few exceptions to this. Some authors do take the time to scale the building in the 3d editor and adjust the UV mappings. There are also cases where 1-1 buildings just look way too massive compared to everything else around them. Some buildings are just never going to look right next to each other. Also, keep in mind that some skyscrapers naturally have low floor heights.

Although some have a very small footprint, Low Density growables are generally properly scaled. However, many growable skyscrapers suffer from compressed floor height. For that reason, theses should be accompanied with other skyscrapers found in my Rico Residential High and Rico Office collections in order to give a smoother transition between the smaller buildings and theses tall skyscrapers.
