Nonny Residence - 2x2 High lvl4 residential

Good day Skyliners.

First, a few sad words.
The Simcity 4 and city builders community lost one of its most active members recently. Simtropolis (one of the biggest and most respected city builders communities) lost its most beloved member. "A Nonny Moose" died in his 80th year on september 28. He was always willing to help others and was a very nice chap.
This building is named after him.

About the building itself.
What do you think about the small 3 4 and 5 level vanilla high residential buildings ? They're... c... cr... cra... yes they are awful. They're some kind of futuristic things that do not match anything around them and most builders bulldoze them and replace them with parks.
Look at them... ewwwww !!!!


Well... here's something for you guys... a 2x2 that fits the other buildings. For now it's just a lvl4 but I will make a lvl3 and a 5 to match.


Stats... always boring...
Lvl4, 2x2
10 floors, 32m tall.
Main model is 761 tris, custom lod is 29 tris.
Textures are 1024* (lod 128*).

RICO ? Well I'll let RICO users do it as they wish. (maybe I'll give it a look later, but the mod allows players to do what they want... why would I interfere ? ;) )

What's next ?
Lvl3 and lvl5 2x2 buildings... to really get rid of those vanilla horrors. Oh and something tall.
