Description
I hope the black wall textures aren't too flat or too dark for some players, maybe I'm not skilled enough but I had difficulty replicating a mattish-plaster wall texture. I'd also strongly recommend using the Daylight classic Mod by Bloody Penguin, otherwise the vanilla game will just over-saturate & whitewash everything.

Here are some stats:
- 4 x 4 Corner lot, level 2 High Density Commercial.
- Main model: 577 Tris, 1024x512 DIffuse, Normals, Specular & Illumination.
- LOD model: 82 Tris, 256x256 Diffuse & Illumination.
- RICO compatible. Just find it under high density commercial tab in the settings panel.
- Model is based on Shiga Bank Kyoto Branch.[www.google.com]

@Bach Thank you. This building is very beautiful and it is also small file. This is awesome :)

@Overlord - It is growable, and just like all growables you can manualy convert to rico if you wish.

Is it growable or rico or both? :D

I love the black texture. It makes it distinct. I wish there were more darker models in the the game. I have color corrections in my game as well as a mod I use to brighten up the daylight. So this works fine for me. Thank you.

I have improved the LOD textures to match properly. Should be better now.

577 tris! Not level 3 with 500 floors! Very reasonable texturemap size! Can it be? That's a 5/5 job, son! Great work :steamhappy:

i think it looks great. also the dark wall texture. don't worry about that. only thing i wished to be improved is the color-difference between the buildings roof close-up and in LOD.
